At HJM Bike, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your sports equipment is in new condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Authorization

Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our processing center.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your bike or gear in its original box, include all tools and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

After our technicians inspect the returned item for any signs of wear or damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
